I am a Logistics Manager for Mettler-Toledo (the old Toledo Scale) in Columbus, Ohio and this is what we make in my facility.
This is not the largest scale we have ever built in house but it is one of the top 5 in load capacity when installed and up and running. This scale is going to Nucor Steel in Blythville, Arkansas. The truck that will be running across this scale weighs 160,000# EMPTY, when the cradle that it hauls is full of scrap steel it will weigh in excess of 500,000#. Each tire on the truck is 12' tall and 6' wide. (just for reference the level leaning against the modules is 4' long). We will load this on a flatbed tomorrow morning for delivery and installation on Friday.
Each of these modules is 12'Lx9'10"W and weighs 8500#.

If your curious and would like to see more of the scales we build and install you can see them at the following link.
