Warning about bad car dealer

I'm pretty new here so I thought I would ask about this before I posted it.

I know their are some members from Washington on here and wanted to warn them about a dealer in Auburn that did such a bad job on our car that it took another dealer that had to take out the new engine put in by the old dealer and had to put another one in and also had to replace our transmission because the first dealer broke the case and glued it back on to the motor and never said a word.

I have copies of the work order that I can show but don't know if the rules forbid it or not. Also this took about 4 months to get fixed.

Considering that this situation would basically boil down to a "your word against theirs" scenario why not just ask anyone interested to PM you for details instead of making this a one sided fight?

I usually check out this site before dealing with a new large company or making an on-line purchase with a company that I haven't dealt with before.

I use rip off also but there is nothing on them.

They have been in the same location as long as I remember. Though the sales people are not good did not have any trouble with service as the only thing I have ever purchased from them were oil filters and such.

That sounds like something you might want to report to state's Attorney General's Office.
