We've actually seen African lions dozing under the proverbial acacia tree waiting for dinnertime.

By the way, the sprinter in the video is a springbok, which is a member of the antelope family but not quite the same as an American antelope. We saw all 20,000 of the critters that live in Namibia's Etosha National Park during a visit there last fall.
