Thanks - I'll give it a shot tonight. I can't tell for certain if SP2 actually finished installing or not. When I go to My Computer -> Properties, it still shows SP1, but I figured I have to reboot after installing SP2 for the changes to be completed. Maybe the method in your link will confirm if SP2 was actually installed or not.
I found another website that says 1.8GB free space is required to install SP2, and I suspect this may be my problem. I'll try deleting some more junk off the drive and see if that helps.
