Really cool shot. I have to admire the ability to capture a picture like that. If it were me all I would have caught would have been the A** End as they were flying away.

They are, indeed, the Red Arrows! Here's some more pictures from the same guy for you (click to enlarge, as usual):Originally posted by Tom SlickIf my keen eye is correct they are BAE Hawks, like the Red Arrows fly
This is the 'Grace Spitfire', so called because it's owned by Carolyn Grace. Her late husband, Nick, the previous owner and a well-known display pilot, was killed in a car accident in 1988. Already a pilot, Carolyn learned to fly it and has continued flying and displaying it ever since.
Chris has certainly got an eye for photographing aircraft!

Beautiful photos. I've always loved British Warbirds. Spitfires, Hurricanes and Lancaster bombers are all beautiful in the air. Unfortunately, they are pretty much impossible to come by on this side of the pond.
LOML has tried for a few years to get the Red Arrows for the Dayton show. Hopefully soon.Doug Kerfoot

I apologize for not being precise in my question. Evan as a Texan I knew Farnborough is in England. Most of these type displays are usually produced by a country's military. I was curious if they were British military or another country's. I knew they were not American, or at least I was pretty sure.

The Red Arrows were the subject of an interesting TV program a while back and they took the reporter up with them at one point. The pilot said to him "If you hear me say "Eject, eject, eject" and you say "Pardon?" you'll be talking to yourself!"
