I just found out this guy was living about ten houses down from me. I never really saw him much unless he was going out as I was passing.

He looks like he wants to get caught. Those girlie earrings may not have gone with his robbers outfit. It would depend on which purse (bag) he was carrying. He fled on foot they say, couldn't have been in high heels, so that's some more info. He probably went out for quiche after that.

I wouldn't have even known who he was until a neighbour told me about him. Don't know why he hasn't been seen since last week

True story. I had an armored car robber live accross the road from me years ago. We had noticed the guy came and went at odd times, and often when he got home, he'd wipe his car down with a dry rag, even though it was a regular 2 year old car.
One day, a Wells Fargo investigator came and talked to us and asked our permission to park in front of our house or in our driveway. We said no. A few weeks later, I saw a car pull up around 11 pm on gargage night and throw all his garbage in the back of a Camaro. He got arrested a month later leaving his wife and kid at home. We found out by reading about it in the paper. Then the Wells Fargo people came and talked to us again and show us pictures, they were looking for others. Since he was across a busy road and to the side of us, it was too far away to really see anyone. His wife and kid's house got broken into about 3 or 4 times by people kicking the door in and they finally moved away. It sure was an uncomfortable few months.

When I was just a wee little boy my father had a very good friend who had a nice home, a collection of cars, plenty of land on a lake, a collection of exotic firearms and all the other big boy's toys. The odd thing was, he never really worked. About once a month or so he would fly out of town on "business trips". He told my father he was in consulting. It turned out he was a hitman. When I found out years later the odd thing is I never thought any differently of him. I always called him "Uncle" and my father treated him like a brother. He just happened to kill people for a living.
