That is too bad, but you knew watch him somehting was wrong. Went against DR. advice. Hopefully he didn't do career end damage.

Unbelievable. The guy wins a major in double-overtime while playing on a broken leg. Tiger is not like you and me.

Indeed it was... or cracked, at least. Gutsy.

I don't follow golf and did not see it, but sounds like it puts him in a league with Kirk Gibson.

I didn't know his leg was broken. That is a gutsy move indeed and I surely hope not a career threating one. Something that makes golf different from other sports is you can play it (and be quite good - better than most at least) until you are 60 or 70. It is a fairly low impact sport.

              Hee hee. Chuckle. LOL! ROFLOL!!!

Yep, you can ply right up to 60 years old.

I'm closer to 60 than 50. I imagine I'll be playing a lot more golf after 60 than before!

Until the guy can play a contact sport such as hockey (see Steve Yzerman in wikipedia) on his bum knee what he did is nothing. OH thats right Tiger does not like hockey. Of course being in that much pain and still winning is quite an accomplishment for a stroll in the park.

I'm not a golfer or fan but I see a lot of comparisons to other sports. Golf is not a contact sport, but try to walk an 18 hole course 3 times, not counting any practice rounds, on a fractured leg and see how you feel! The tour doesn't allow carts.
