I had a vasectomy about 30 years ago. I had a friend who stood about 6'5", and was a big man. He decided to get one after I had mine done, and he made an appointment with the doc. At that time, you didn't need an appointment before the surgery, you just went in and had it done. He made an appointment with a very capable doc, who worked in a local clinic. He had never seen this doctor before, but I had. When he went in for the surgery, he saw the doc for the first time. The doctor was a skilled professional, but the was cockeyed. Even though he could see very well, it made a rather negative impression on my friend. He decided to hold off on having it done, but the doctor suggested that he give him something to relieve the uneasyness. After he gave him something, my friend said the doc could have cut his head off, and he wouldn't have a problem with that at all.
