    I found this moving.

I'm not trying to be political or promote religion with this, I just found it moving.
It's a link to a childern's choir singing Battle Hymn of the Republic at the White house durning the pope's visit.

'Thanks for sharing. It was beautiful. When I graduated from High School in 1960, It was the tradition then that the graduating class would sing one of the Patriotic songw. Ours chose Battle Hymn of the Republic, not knowing that some of us would be at war in a few years and some of my classmates would loose their lives. We have had a number of reunions over the years and our 50TH is coming up. Every time after dinner and the greetings we all stand and sing the school song followed by the Battle Hymn. This next will be rough as I know of at least 2 classmates who have lost son's in Iraq. I learned all those songs in school and I don't know if the teach them any more. Hopefuly my 2 grandsons won't have to face war in their life time like we have. Better quit getting to close to the line.
