I would go over some things with my wife (insurance, accounts, etc.). Then I would call people for a couple of hours and tell 'em goodbye. I'd spend the rest of the time with my immediate family.
I don't have to review anything with LOML. We do that yearly, and it's all listed and written.
I'd buy a keg, order a few pizzas, and invite my friends to a kegger and pizza party. For a few hours.
Then sit in front of the fire with LOML and some good wine. Who cares if it's summer? Let the AC run and light the fire! And I don't mean just in the fireplace!
Asking what I'd do if I knew I had 24hrs to live presumes I am not dying of sickness since I am well enough to do what I want to do. So I wouldn't do whatever it was that killed me.

The chief cause of failure in this life is giving up what you want most for what you want at the moment.
Having 24 hrs is a very short time to tie up loose ends of sorts. But, with a week, I might contact those wonderful people that had a positive impact on my life, and thank them for their friendship.
I don't think I've pulled an all-nighter since college, but I sure as heck would give it a try!
I'd spend each of the 86,400 seconds with my best friend, and when she dozes off, I'd hold a conference call with my 6 brothers, 3 sisters, and their families. A week would be enough time so we could all go away somewhere together. I'd love visit to Ireland again.

24 hours: a quick review of where everything is and the value of some items that my wife isn't familiar with such as tools. Then, a day off school for the g.kids and off work for the kids, go to the cabin and have a fun day of cooking out and riding the ATV, mountainboarding down the hill, falling asleep in each other's arms and me being carried by the angels to my Dad's side.
After thinking about this, I decided i would probably go on as usual. Wouldn't let LOML know as it would just upset her. Get up, go to work, come home. Besides my life insurance has a clause that if I die at work it pays double, that would set the family up nicely.
