Anyone here belong to Ridgid forums?

If anyone here belongs to the Ridgid forums, could they let an admin know that the image verification feature for registering as a new user isn't working? It displays unintelligible pics. I tried it on two different machines, one IE6, the other IE7. And I can't write them to tell them cause they use image verification for sending mail to admins, too.

Still not working.

I wonder if they know it doesn't work. I sent the admin an E-Mail at SMC once and later found out they are about 4-6 weeks behind in reading them. I've leave a public message but I can't.

Would someone mind posting or letting them know that it is still broken? Before, just a blank background appeared. Now, no verification image or data entry field appears at all.
