    If you've ever seen the Seinfield episode about the swingin' dentist, you may have a hint where that logo came from...

      I worked for a company whose original logo was a block NS. To upgrade the corporate image a new logo was selected and much money expended in changing all the company literature and stationary. The new logo was two wavy lines, one above the other. It was intended to depict the NS as well as a flag. It looked like this;
      ~
      ~ except the ~'s were closer together.
      This was fine until a customer remarked to the CEO that the logo looked just like an SS tattoo.
      Wow, did the manure hit the windmill!
      Needless to say the current logo bears no resemblance to the previous ones.
