Something that has been in my mind for a long time and finally triggered by the post here! - I would like to see a warning label that says something like:
1. WARNING on wood: This product contains a low percentage of carcinogens. You can get cancer by breathing the dust from this product. The actual chances of you getting cancer are determined by YOUR OWN DNA.
Use caution and Use a mask!
2. WARNING on Pressure Treated Wood: This product contains a moderate percentage of carcinogens. You can get cancer by breathing the dust from this product. The actual chances of you getting cancer are determined by YOUR OWN DNA.
Use Caution, use gloves and use a mask.
3. WARNING: Putting your hand or foot (or other body part) under the mower while the blade is turning can result in immediate amputation. The actual percentages of this happening are usually* directly proportionate to one's stupidity or lack of common sense. We are not responsible for one's stupidity or lack of common sense.
* Accidents do happen even to the most cautious and respectful. Be careful!
4. WARNING: This Aluminum Pool Cleaning Pole can conduct electricity. DO NOT USE NEAR ELECTRIC OVERHEAD WIRES. TOUCHING SAID WIRES CAN RESULT IN DEATH. Chances of this happening are directly proportionate to your own stupidity, lack of common sense or inability to THINK. Please use your THINKING brain power to PREVENT your death, rather than letting your heirs to attempt to live on the resulting legal litigation results.
