Monte, Two Years Gone

Today marks the second anniversary of the passing of Thomas L "Monte" Drake. For many of us, Monte was more than just a valued member of this forum; he was a dear and gentle friend.

Two years on, we miss him still. We hope his grandson Kyle, and his beloved companion Maggie, are both doing well.

Thanks for the post on Monte, Larry. It gave me a chance to reflect on him a bit with a bit of tug on my heart strings. I'm disappointed that we haven't heard from Kyle beyond the table that he build some time ago. I'll keep the family in my prayers as well.

Monty may be gone, but not forgotten!! Just re-read last years thread about his passing away 1 year earlier, and the announcement of his death. Bought tears to my eyes again.

I was searching for something a week or 2 ago and stumbled on a topic posted by Monte.. lost, but never forgotten.
