Woodcraft here closed last September. I found out today that it reopened under new management last December just across the street from the old location. Bigger store (they sell lumber now too) and the new owner appears to be a better businessman than the old one - I got the impression rather than buy the old store he let it close and got everything cheaper than he would have otherwise, even allowing for startup costs.
The guys seem nicer too. I bought some veneer softener and a honing jig. They answered my questions as to which jig I'd need (and sold me the cheaper one as a better fit) then showed me how to use it.
