    Morning Exercises

    I heard that just 5 minutes each morning doing these exercises will be sufficient. Whaddya all think?

    In my case the term "break" dancing refers to my bones afterwards.

      Do they still do that? I remember that fad from when I was a kid.
      She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

              Speaking of exercise! Scientific American runs a full page ad of an exercise machine that says, "exercise in exactly 4 minutes per day"! Only problem is it cost $14,615.00!!! Might know, showroom is in N. Hollywood!
