I'm fairly certain "London, UK" was chosen just to avoid such "pick up in person" offers. He must be sitting somewhere close, maybe in miami itself .

Probably just sitting in front of a computer in Nigeria, waiting for two or three suckers, out of the hundreds he contacted, to wire some money.

There's no one I dislike so much that I'd send in their contact details to scam the scammer. Well, maybe one person, but probably not a good idea to pick on him.
