Around here the hot list for used cars, boats, and other stuff is called the "Carolinia Trader". In Pittsburgh, I think it was the Pennysaver (which is also around here but has little in it). I depends a bit on how much you want for it. It looks pretty new so you may be at the high end of what moves in these "free" listings (you pay only if you sell). For more expensive boats/cars, the newspaper is usually worthwhile. Our Carolinia trader is sold in the little convenience stores at gas stations. It comes out on Tuesday or Wednesday (I forget which) and is often gone in a couple days. Costs 50 cents or less. There is probably something like this around you, I would look for a copy and see if they have listings similar to your boat.
If you bought it new, go back to the broker you bought it from. He has more quality leads than you can generate through any of the news stand advertisers. The guy I bought my boat through has a standing offer that he will sell my boat for my purchase price. Of course I have tons more money in it than that, but there is depreciation to consider. The broker will want a commission, but he has the leads.

Best place to sell a boat: Florida.
Second best place: Somewhere else on the Coast.
Why are there boats in Indiana? That's like having a bikini store in Alaska.

90,000 miles of shoreline up here, the downside is we only get to use us from April-October most years.
