Examples like that are hopefully far and few between. Equally guilty are the bystander and the camera guy, to let it happen. Court Martial would be too easy on him. I would have liked to catch him just before he let go.

I am sorry as well Niki. I understand your feelings about the puppy. If I were there......I would have tore that guy apart.

But trust me............ 99.99 % of all service men and women are extremely kind hearted.

I am a retired navy guy who transported marines onboard amphibious ships my entire career.
Almost every single marine that I worked with were awsome people.

Even if the video is fake it still gives a bad name to US Marines, not to mention every US military person. There are people that would love to get their hands on copies of this and use it as propaganda against the US.
