I checked once in the morning then twice at night. Got worried when I started seeing PHP errors on my browser instead of the we're working on it screen.

I sure did, and it got expensive too.

Fist day I browsed by the Lee Valley site and placed an order for some toys. The next day I went into the local Woodcraft and filled up the back seat of my Camaro with even more toys.

The weekend wasn't so bad as I ended up drawing on another job to help pay for it all.

It was pretty grim allright. My wife couldn't figure out why I spent less time on the computer.

I wonder what the count was of how often people checked. I know that I added to it a lot.

P.S. Thanks Sam and get well quick

I for one, sincerely hope there is no way to verify the count of how many times I checked.....it would only prove the depths of my dependency

WELCOME BACK ALL, AND THANKS AGAIN, SAM.

                  That could be dangerous.

same thing here. I was playing bf2 all day friday and saturday, and spent today and sunday cleaning both the shop, and the workbench in the basement. I really didn't check too much because I was so busy.

I went to 3, BT3Central Anonymous mettings on Saturday alone. LOML sat up with me on Friday night as I had the shakes, no my fingers were twitching like they were on the key board. Reread all my copies of Wood, Woodsmith and Shopnotes, cleaned the shop, really gave it the Kirby treatment and then started building a new mobil base and cabinet for my BT3 with a wide table kit. Checked the site at least hourly between 6am and 10pm daily. I also ordered a Amana Blade from Holbrin and 2 Freud blades from Amazon all 3 should be here Tomorrow. Being retired I have plenty of time on my hands, need to get out more. Naw this site is much better than the Celib. watching sites LOML is on all day. Hope Sam get well soon and get the site moved like he planned.

I was amazed at how often I check into this site just to read through postings and check the Tool Talk and Bargain Alerts. I also found a few bargains I wanted to share that I could not. I don't really visit other forums, and appreciate this community - look forward to many years of exchanges, as many of you have already.

Without the bargain alert section the US economy has taken a heavier hit.
Thanks Sam for your patriotic action!
