Running the cooper river bridge again

Well, gent's and ladies my fate has been set for another year.

SWMBO has signed me up to run the Cooper River Bridge 10K in Charleston SC on 4/5 with about 20,000 of my closet friends

Anyone else gonna do it? if so, let me know, we can meet under the right foot of the soldier in the square...

What kind of times do you run? I am getting myself back into shape - this week did my 4 miles in 31:30. I haven't seen those times in quite a while.

um, not as good as that, I am getting back into it, and I can cover 2 miles in about 24 minutes. I am going today to push a little harder and try to get to a 11 minute mile
