Not Just A Cab Ride

There's a TV show that's on weeknights when LOML and I are havin' dinner. It's called Cash Cab. It's a game show offered to people taking a cab ride that asks questions and the right answers win them money. It's sponsored by the Discovery Channel. The questions get harder and the amount to win increases. But get three wrong (3 strikes) and your out of the cab on the spot.

If they win (by not getting 3 strikes) they have a choice of taking the winnings or going for double or nothing on a video bonus question.

Wife and I play the game each night and compete to get the answers. We have a blast. Has anybody seen the show?

Seen it, and I had 3 friends that appeared on it. They won $900 on a 42 block ride.

LOML sets the the DVR for it, it is perfect to watch 10 minutes at a time when our kids are distracted by something other than Elmo.
