    Columbus Woodworking Show

If you're thinking of going, I would seriously reconsider and give it a miss - I had hopes that it hand changed from two-three years ago, but sadly, it was just as poor now as then (not just my opinion, two older gentlemen walking out as I did had the same comment).
Supposidly, WoodWerks (aka Rockler) on the east side is having their show today or this weekend. Has anyone gone to this one and have experience they wish to share?

I balked at going to the show at the fairground this year as I had been disappointed in the past. I am a regular shopper at Woodwerks and amd heading over there tomorrow and maybe to Woodcraft on Sunday.

It was bought out around Sept? by two or three vendors (I don't remember the third), Bulldog bits, and Woodline. My local show is the 1st of February, and the website was sparce at best (local events website, still showed, prices to be determined, not a good sign). Since I couldn't find anything on their website (thewoodwork.......), I emailed them and asked if it had been canceled, or if they had a vendor list. They sent me a vendor list, locally (one cancelation, Little Giant), that had the vendor I am looking for (Ebay or Canada, but don't seem to respond to email, to their primary site), so I am planning on going. My local stores, stopped having a presence there, although our new local wood supplier is going to (along with General tools if I was told right). Our show will be sparce again, but from what I have read, the later ones, and next years, will be better (old owners didn't give a ).
She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

actually it was mostly long magnetic drill bits from the local "flea market" guy

great for the electical work that we do. example mounting panels made much easier with a six inch tip.

I was looking for a porter cable dovetail jig which was non existent
