Ya got your hand-held bidet and pre-moistened wipes right there without all the hassles of the standard units! My SIL lived in a house where the TP holder was on the wall behind the toilet. That loosened up the ole lumbar spine for ya!Blessings,

Doesn't look all that bad. I stayed at a hotel in China where the TP holder was placed similar to that in respect to the shower head, but the shower head wasn't in a shower stall or a tub. There was a hole in the middle of the floor for the drain. And this was a tourist hotel (better than some that don't allow foreign visiters). But that is pretty bad.
