    Still Laughing

I had a phone call from a telemarketer tonight. Now I know that they are only doing a job but when I get five or six calls each night, with-in a 30 minute time span while we are trying to get dinner ready, I do get a little frustrated. Here's how my last conversation went.
    Ring....Ring....Ring....
    (Me) Hello?
(Telemarketer-TM) Hello, are you the home owner?
    (Me)Yes
(TM) Hello, my name is Scott and your phone number has been chosen to receive an introductory offer on a new internet service and.....
(Me) Hang on Scott. I glad you called. Do you drive? Yes? Well I sell car insurance and you can be chosen to receive an introductory offer on a new form of car insurance that I think will suit you and all your friends. Is there a time when I could call you at home and we could talk about this some more?
(TM) I am sorry to disturb you sir. Have a good evening.(click)

I always wanted to do this. Still laughing about it.

      Callers

I hate getting those calls. It is even worse when they get ahold of a cell number. I like how you are combating it!

You can also register your number on the federal list that they are required to check before they call you.

      https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx

It seems to knock them down.
If you can read this you assembled wrong.

Something tells me Canadians will have limited success with this!

My favorite is to get the female caller that wants to as you a 'few' survey questions...

"I'll be glad to answer your questions if you will answer one for me first."

"Sure, sir, what would llike to know?"

"What color panties are you wearing?"

                    CLICK!

If I ever get an answer, she ain't never getting around to her survey!
