Somebody has too much time on their hands. I wonder if that was photochopped? It doesn't look like any of the snow is disturbed under the snowmen.

Looks like a life-action re-enactment of a Calivin & Hobbes comic...
They recently had an unusual amount of snow in Greece (where it seems the photo was taken), so it would be at least plausible. BTW the lamp shades rather seem to be buckets.
