    Barrelback Speedster

    Using wood on the exterior of autos referred to them as "woodies". But this 1950 Bently Barrelback Speedster has a very unique rear deck and running boards...take a look.

        It looks cool but I don't get why the wood part sticks out so far. it looks like it is hauling an archtop door around on its back. or maybe it's a diving board?

          And the car costs less than 30,000 pounds? I know that is not dollars but it still seems cheap.
