Just finished watching the classic movie "It's a Wonderful Life". I get teary eyed every year from watching it, but the last three years it has come to mean a lot more to me and LOML.
You see it was just over three years ago that I was fired from a job. I was unemployed from July through October and even upon finding work I couldn't pay my mortgage. Then one evening I was on the computer and happened to see an email from paypal saying I had received some money. Then I found a dozen more. $10 from one, $20 from another, It added up and up. And they kept coming.
It was from friends. From an extended family. Most of whom I'll likely never even lay eyes on, but you came to our aid at a time of great need. You made a very real difference in our lives.
That Christmas I was George Bailey, and you were the Bedford Falls community. I still can't thank you guys enough.
