On the news a little while ago I was watching one of the news stations and over heard a story.
There were two little girls back east somewhere I believe as I didn't hear all the details and they had told "Santa" that all they wanted was their dad home for Christmas. He was serving in Iraq. So when he heard that he was getting leave for Christmas he called the school and arranged for a "surprise" for his girls. The news clip showed the two girls opening a large box and out comes their dad...
It was an open ended box so when they pulled the paper off there was their dad. The youngest one clung for dear life to his neck and the other was hugging around his waist...it brought tears to my eyes.
I love hearing stories like that.
