Cake From Walmart

Keep in mind this actually really did happen!!!! This was for someone who was moving from an insurance claims office. Someone got her a cake from Walmart. Okay so this is how I imagine this conversation went:

Walmart Employee: Hello Walmart, how can I help you?

Customer: I would like to order a cake for a going away party this week.

Walmart Employee: What do you want on the cake?

Customer: "Best Wishes Suzanne"and underneath that "We will miss you"

Too many blonds working at Wal-Mart.

A friend of mine owned a small deli restaurant, near my shop. I would eat lunch there almost every weekday. One day he was taking applications for a waitress. He told me that on the back of the app, there's a place that reads: "Number to call in case of emergency". He said one girl actually wrote down 911.

Spelling and capitalization doesn't appear to be their long suit, either...

At least she knew the number! To be on the safe side, I've programmed 911 into the phone memory....all you have to do now is dial *16.
