I ordered a few things from Woodcraft and when the package arrived, one item was missing. The package was slightly damaged and it is possible that the item could have slipped out during shipping (by Priority Mail).
I called Woodcraft and explained the problem. The person I talked with asked several questions about the package and then said that a replacement item would be shipped.
Within about fifteen minutes of making the call, I received an email informing me of the 'order'. Two hours after that I received another email saying that the 'order' had been shipped.
Now that's service. Just thought you would like to know . . .
