    Sirius Radio Customer Service

If I could get me hands on one of these pieces of **** right now I would bash their heads in. The thing they should be thankful for tomorrow is that I can't get my hands on them.

My feelings haven't changed. Pay for radio so I don't get commercials? No. I'd rather put that money into retirement.

I have had it for a couple years and love it. But man does their service suck!

Buy $150 radio get a $150 rebate. Oh, whats that? A $30 rebate? Well give them a call. Whats that? The rebate website is down please call back in 3 days? Oh ok, well send me a replacement cord while you are at it since the one you sent last month is broken. Whats that, you only send complete radio kits I pick out what we need and then mail left overs and defective parts back? Cool, got my package. But this seems to indicate I must pay to ship the parts back? Huh? You sent me a box full of **** I did not need, then you want me to pay to send it back? Because you sent me a defective item? Well, at least 3 days ahve past and I can call about my rebate . . . whats that? Still down . . .call back next week?

Again, if I could punch someone or burn down a pile of radios I would gladly do so.

I have Sirius also. I've always had good results with their customer service. Now one of their radio vendors - Xact - is never getting any more of my business. It took 4 months and 3 replacement radios to get a warranty replacement for my wife.

Does the defective one go out kicking and screaming? How much did that cost you?

This is why I love ripping my music and using mp3's/oggs. No commercials, no bad music, and no extra charge.
