Speaking of bumper stickers, lately I've seen more than a few cars with a black rectangular sticker that has a blue bar across it. Is this an LEO sticker?

There is an urban myth circulating that displaying one of these stickers will make it less likely that you will get a ticket for a minor traffic violation. It's similar to what has been thought of PBA and PAL stickers for some time.Comment
