Cannot delete Dc597

When I try to dump my recycle bin, I get the message that it cannot delete Dc597 because it is being used by another person or program. I am the only one who uses this computer, and I have nothing running, except maybe in the background. I have no idea what Dc597 is for. Does anyone know what might be going on?
Edit: From a Google search, I find that Dc597 comes up with hits pertaining from everything from beautiful women to who knows what.

I restarted the computer in Safe Mode, then tried to dump the recycle bin. I was able to succeed that way. I never had trouble dumping the recycle bin before, and I do it quite often when I clean up files that are un-needed. Hope I didn't remove something I need. The Dc597 file was not visible when I tried to dump the recycle bin before.

Was it an .avi file? Theres a known windows bug where it does that with broken .avi files. It has to do with the dynamically built previews it shows in explorer.

I don't know what the extension was. It didn't show up. I guess I should have done a search on my computer before deleting it. Thanks for the post.
