    Guess who just beat LSU

    I have been a long suffering University of Kentucky football fan. It finally paid off. ESPN college Game Day is coming to Lexington for the Florida game next week. We are almost to basketball season and still interested in football. I could get used to this.

          That *was* a heck of a game - some really talented players. Just got my shop TV and wall mount mounted yesterday - and lo and behold guess what was on! LOML had to come out to check on me a couple of times, 'cause I wasnt coming in to the house as much as usual!

            Well, Wisconsin blew it and my kids' high school team--Central Red Raiders--lost again, but thank goodness the Packers came through. 5-1!

            And to think that a lot of us thought Bret Favre should've hung up his pads and retired to a booth in ESPN a few years ago...
