Are you right or left brained?

I saw this link on a photography forum today. I thought that it was pretty interesting. Give it a try. I'll let you know what direction I saw later.

I saw her rotating counter-clockwise. Well actually I change the direction without trouble but counter-clockwise first. And since at least up top I noticed she is, err, anatomically correct that just proves I am detail oriented.

At first, all I noticed is that she was nekkid.

Then looked counter-clockwise to me at first...then I read the descriptions of right-brain/left brain. Glanced up and she was going the other way...and still nekkid.

That is what I saw also I'm thinking that this is a set up. There is a short pause where she changes direction. I also noticed that it was not very cold in her room!

I can make it spin in either direction. Was on Fark.com a few days ago.

Never did see her move. And she is still "nekkid".

But, when all else fails, read the . . . Then I thought she was spinning counter-clockwise but when I looked again, she was going clockwise.

              She is still nekkid!

              Regards, Steve

Interesting. I see clockwise turning if I look right at it, but counterclockwise if I use peripheral vision.

I too could see her spin both ways but it'd be lots easier to tell if she was in full color detail instead of just a dark form. + I'd spend lots more time to be sure I was right

Left the first time, then right.

After that: periferally: left; direct observation: Right

I thought it was an iPod ad when it first came up!

Me thinks that focusing on what she looks like proves that:

                      1. we are men!
                      2. we are pea brained!
                      3. we are one dimensionally focused!
                      4. we can instantly get distracted from the point!
                      5. what women say about men is usually right!

For real? I can only see clockwise.

And maybe I'm crazy, but I can't figure how anyone would see it otherwise.

I saved it and loaded it in imageready, there are 34 frames and I can't see how you'd perceive her turning counterclockwise.

                          Rob,

Focus on the foot on the ground. It is easier to switch the direction - just imagine she is spinning the other way.

Clockwise at first -- pretty darn scary for a programmer.

But when I started reading the text, she immediately switched to counterclockwise.

                            Weird.

Programmer too, and clockwise... If I really concentrate on the foot I can make her spin counter-clockwise, but a blink and it is clockwise again. Weird!
