Jeffrey's name is part of a special list. Amazon sends them the "you haven't bought in a long time" email if it's been more than 48 hours. They get another email if 72 hours goes by, inquiring about their health and whether they're ok. If it hits a week, flowers get sent to his address along with a nice card for the family.
