FYI for the astronomically-inclined.
It peaks at 3:37 AM tomorrow (Tuesday), and the West Coast has the best viewing seat in the house. It's supposed to be a pretty long process - almost 1.5 hours for the total eclipse starting at 2:52 AM. The next one is on February 21.
I'm hoping to stay up and try out my brand new lens. My last attempt at photographing the moon was a fiasco because I forgot to turn the VR off. I do hope we get clear weather tonight.
