    Band-Aids for Men

Tired of using your daughter's Dora Band-Aids? 3M now has Duct Tape Bandages. Appropriately, Northern Tool carries them.

I don't know about using Duct Tape bandaids, but I find 3M's Nexcare middle-of-
the-road bandaids to be better than the Band-Aid brand. Good for sealing out
    dirt when working.

Duct-tape band aids was my first thought when reading the headline in the list before I read the post. Amusing.

If you have a fairly minor cut, the liquid bandage is great stuff. It seals up the cut and doesn't come off in water. I think it is basically super glue.

I use Titebond III most of the time. If you don't mind the foam, Gorilla Glue seals up a cut just fine...

Gotta get some of those Duct Tape bandages....

WD-40 has been used (not by me) for years for stiff joints and aching muscles.

I just keep a soldering gun handy for those minor to medium cuts. I take anti-coagulant meds so gotta seal em up or I'll run out of the red stuff.

Nothing beats Strawberry Shortcake Band-aids, especially when you have to go to work (with adults)

I'll admit I used real duct tape once. While re-installing a cylinder head, exhaust manifold, and turbo on a sports car I sliced the tops of my knuckles along the sharp metal edge (stainless steel actually) of the exhaust manifold gasket. I didn't even feel it - I just noticed red dots all over the engine. ?? Oh, it's me - I'm bleeding all over the place! Go inside, wash the hand completely (grease didn't want to come off...) and use a few large bandages. Between sweat and fresh grease they lasted about a minute - I wasn't going to stop working on the car. Okay, wrap the hand and bandages in duct tape to hold the bandages. That lasted about half an hour... long enough to finish the car and start it - yup, it works. Okay, I can quit now.
