A local family came to visit over the weekend. All was well until the neighbor's feline thought it had to go into the attack mode. The cat thought the better of it and the visitors settled down to a good cud chew. Got to admit they are better than toads.

All's normal and well in Anchorage.

You know saint bernards carry whiskey in the flask for people they rescue. The collar in that picture carries pain killers for anyone who gets too close to the calf... like the cat.



Actually thats a tracking collar for whatever their wildlife management unit is called.
