I'm a proud daddy! Watch my 2 yr old fly a plane!! =)

My wife and I were about to take a last-minute trip to Chicago with our 6 month old and we didn't want her to get to ride in a plane before he did. Luckily we had a chance to get him in a plane at a fly-in that we went to just before our trip.

Jacob was stunned and excited. The pilot told him, "Pay attention, now, because you're going to be flying this plane!" and I couldn't even get him to turn around and wave! Once we got up to a safe altitude, Jacob took the controls and turned us from side to side for a bit (with careful supervision, of course).

It's also my first attempt at editing a movie I took with the camera you all helped me pick out. =)

I can't help be proud of my little boy!!!

Pretty cool! He did better than I would have because I'd probably pass out.

Cool! But you better prepare him for the fact that he can't go into the cockpit in the 'big' plane, or that might be a loooonnng flight...
