    Great Article

I came across this article and thought it worthy of reading. What do you think? I have absolutely made all of these mistakes at one point or another.

What he says about lots of reading leading to good writing is true. I was a voracious reader as a kid and was always a good writer. When I entered college I placed out of everything the college had for my English core. I had to take something. I ended up in a 300 level course. Reading 10yrs worth of business emails with spectacularly bad writing has ruined my skills though.

Great article! I'm probabaly as bad as most on some of these. I'm sure I used to be better but then my reading consists of ccasional magazine articles and internet forums.....well you know what that's like. I used to read plenty of paperback novels mostly written by Louis Lamour which never had more than one complicated sentence per book.

I do find myself becoming annoyed when I read your when the author should have used you're and it's when he (or she; which I seem to think adding the 'or she' is just plain wrong) should have used its. Their and there also get misused too much. I'll be the first to admit that spelling has never been my strong suit.
