    Give woodworking up...for a buck?

All you guys who answered yes to the other poll,

Would you give up woodworking for a buck?

I'd reminded of this by an old joke:

A guy sees a beautiful woman and asks her "would you sleep with me for a million bucks?" She says "Yes". He then asks "would you sleep with me for a buck?". She replies "What do you think I am?" He says "we've already determined that and now we're negotiating the price!"

So what's your price? How much is woodworking worth to you?

I'd give it up for $100,00.00. I wouldn't want to and I'd be somewhat depressed to have to but I'd have to go with the money. I am ashamed for saying that but it's true. Course it's kind of easy to say it right now knowing I really will never have to make that decision. But I would.

The way I've been spending on tools and wood recently, I'm not sure $1million would cover it.

How long would I have to give it up?

Yeah, give me enough money, I'd give it up. I love it, certainly, but I have many other hobbies and not enough time. I'd need enough though to have the Stickley store furnish my house for the rest of my life, or my wife would kill me.
