Holbren and Ridge Carbide Customer Service

While it is no suprise to members of this forum that Brian Holbren provides excellent customer service, I thought I would relay this story.

Ordered a full kerf Ridge Carbide TS2000 for future delivery of Jet TS. It arrived yesterday but was completely missing one of the teeth. It wasn't in the packaging or anything, so it wasn't like it broke off during shipping or something. One email to Brian and he advised the replacement would be forth coming and he would send label to return defect. Replacement was to come directly from Ridge Carbide in NJ. Got home today and the replacement was sitting on my back porch! Excellent service from both Brian and Ridge Carbide!

Definitely not surprised that Brian stepped up immediately....good to hear the RC is on top of their CS too. Ironically, this is the first ever CS issue I've ever read about re: a Ridge Carbide blade. Stuff happens, but it better if it doesn't!
Happiness is sort of like wetting your pants....everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.

That last tooth is part of the "TS2000 Accessory Package" and is sold separately.
