Which magazine has the best deal for those reader tip sections?

I guess cash is king, but I'd be open to really kewl tool deals.

Woodsmith/ShopNotes often give away a pretty cool tool (router etc), but only one tip a month gets it and I'm not sure how they pick the tip...seems random to me. They might pay cash as well but I don't know.

The Family Handyman pays $100 for "Handy Hints" and "great goofs"

Thought I saw one that pays $200 recently....can't recall it right now.
