The Elbo Room, a Fort Lauderdale bar made famous in 1960 in the movie "Where The Boys Are" is almost 70 years old now. During "spring break" I checked out the place as a teenager with a fake ID. It was (I guess it still is) a hot spot.

If you've not been there, it's a two story corner bar on the corner of A1A (the beach road) and Las Olas Boulevard. Actually it's pretty small inside, hence the name is fitting.
