    Free Beer! And good neighbors

    My new neighbor just stopped by with some beer. He and the BIL were using the tractor auger to drill post holes today. In the NC dry clay they were averaging about 3 holes/hr when they didn't hit rocks. New fence line, so about 50 holes total to do.
    Anyhoo, they got the auger jammed on a rock. I've BTDT a couple times. All they had was a digging bar. I was on my way home so I went and got some more diggin' tools and helped 'em work it loose.
