Not so far, it was all West of us till yesterday. Had one break out a little ways south in St. Mary's or Kingsland but I think they got that under control pretty quickly. Last week we had alot of smoke but the wind has been NE or N for the last 6 or 7 days. Sure could use some rain but it's not in the forcast for at least the next week. Worst drought I've seen in the 16 years I've been here. Thanks for asking. PatWoodworking is therapy.....some of us need more therapy than others. <ZERO> -

The news says that Florida is in a drought. Kinda hard to believe lookin' at Lake Okeechobee. Hey, I can dig down 4' and hit water!Comment

That's the way it was in NW Florida last year just before I moved. No rain from early May till I moved at the end of July and fires almost non-stop. Keep your head down there.Comment

We've had a drought for several years. It seems to have been very localized, but we're finally getting out of it now. Hope everything works out O.K. for you. Just be careful with cigarettes and any kind of fire.
