Garage sale purchase

I stopped at a garage sale with my kids on Saturday morning and made a decent haul for $35.00

4X36 belt sander "Ohio Forge" brand/came with 6 belts in varying grits I had them plug it in and the only thing I could find wrong is the rattling of the belt cover
4 - 6" deep 3/4 inch pipe clamps with 6' of pipe in each one
2 - 30" bar clamps
2 - 36" bar clamps

I don't know the value of all those tools, but it looks like more than $35. Not bad.

Nice haul. The sander alone is worth lots more than $35.

The four bar clamps are worth at least $50 new. The pipe clamps are probably worth about $50 new. The sander is probably worth $150 new.

I haven't been to any garage sales in a few months and I probably waste my time at 75% of the ones I go to, but the gems I find make it worth while. Picked up a bunch of Starrett 6" rules for less than a buck apiece. Old chisels for a buck apiece. Got lots of clamps , pliers, and a few power tools that way, too. Picked up 300 linear feet of 1 7/8" x 1/8" walnut trim for 20 bucks at a contractors sale and wished I'd bought more.

Somehow I just can't drive past a garage sale or yard sale. I'm a flea market junkie. You had a great find.

That BS looks just like my very OLD HF belt sander, you can put a disk on that shaft that is sticking out, I took mine off because it is higher than the belt and in the way

Not bad at all for 35 bucks. I wish I had those clamps.
