My wife is mad at me

Not quite 4 weeks after starting to exercise again I am down 8lbs. She hasn't lost nearly that much in 6 weeks. She knows all the reasons why this is so but still doesn't like it much.

Exercise? Who needs exercise. Pounds start coming off the minute I stop snacking, resume eating reasonably, and stop all alcohol intake. nfortunately, my wife also has a lot of trouble shedding pounds. No sense making a fuss over it.

Heh. Forgot about that. I am pretty sure though. She's the one who gave me the workout I am doing.

Actually I asked her for it. Besides, she is doing the same one. I'm just seeing better results.

Everytime my wife went on a diet I was the one who would lose weight. I would talk about how much she looked like she lost so she would get back to cooking.

So are you winning for losing or losing for winning?
Happiness is sort of like wetting your pants....everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.

Both. It also doesn't help that she is the ultra-competitive one.
